Joan Danoff

After culminating a full and fulfilling career as a Washington, DC restaurant owner in the Palisades neighborhood, Joan was lucky enough to return her first love – creating art. Her art of choice is jewelry fabrication.  Sterling silver and copper enamel are her preferred materials.

Leah Rosen

The daughter of an artist, Leah’s always had a passion for the creative process. From a young age, she could be found exploring various art forms including ceramics, stained glass, crochet, fused glass, mosaics, jewelry design, and photography.

Leah gravitates to textures and color in her pieces, combining various techniques she has learned over the years. Unafraid to explore and try new things she describes herself as someone who likes to play with fire and color outside the lines.

Réjane Pratelli

Réjane was a bookish and annoyingly curious child who wanted to change the world. To do so, she earned a PhD in plant biology, and pursued her research in a number of countries before settling down (for now) in the USA. She didn’t have time to change the world much though, as an aneurysm ended her academic career in 2013. She turned to art to heal and find a new sense of purpose.
