Inspired by Star Trek (Original Series)

One of my earliest sci-fy memories was a Star Trek episode called Devil In The Dark. It was my first introduction to what prejudice looks like and how communication and empathy not only creates more harmony but can also solve problems on both sides. This design represents the alien mother that was being misjudged and her eggs.
