Blair's genius as a teacher is in allowing students to get hands-on quickly. She knows how to tailor her vast knowledge to what someone new to the craft really needs to know to get creative. Once you are hooked, her mentoring turns regular people who thought they could never do this kind of thing into legitimate artists.

Blair is a terrific and demanding instructor. I really appreciate that she stresses mastering basic skills. She lets students progress at their own pace.

Every work station was outfitted with tools, & every demo illustrated how we were to approach the methods we were attempting to master . Blair was available to help & encourage us at every turn.
